With over four decades of investment and financial advisory experience, including almost a decade as Vice-President at one of Canada’s largest banks, John pursued the opportunity to redesign how investments operate in his clients’ portfolios. Seeking to improve the investment experience, in 2009, John developed the Strong Portfolio Process®, a method for portfolios to not just actively evolve with the markets but also to have a better chance of thriving in all market conditions. He begins with a Predictive Planning® tool and adds a layer of Strong Personal Protection® for corporate or personal assets. Licensed in both Canada and the United States, John’s extensive knowledge and experience have helped our clients implement cross-border investment strategies seamlessly, catering to the client's unique situation. As a fiduciary, John is dedicated to prioritizing our clients’ best interests.
John holds several professional accreditations, including the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Portfolio Manager’s Designation (PMD), and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). He has also completed the Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers program. Additionally, John is licensed to sell insurance and trade options and other market derivatives.
He currently resides with his wife, Karen, in Burlington, Ontario, and in Cape Coral, Florida. John is committed to helping his clients in Canada and the United States Live a Life Well Invested®.
